Sindhu is a Mortgage Administrator at Capricorn Financial Mortgages, supporting the team with the management of mortgage applications from enquiry through to completion. She works closely with advisers, lenders and clients to ensure cases progress smoothly, maintaining accurate records and providing day-to-day support throughout the mortgage process.

Sindhu holds a Master’s degree in Data Science from the University of Hertfordshire and has a background in data analytics and business intelligence. Her analytical and detail-oriented approach enables her to support the team effectively while helping deliver a high-quality service to clients.

Outside of work, Sindhu enjoys playing badminton, reading novels and travelling. She also enjoys exploring new places, staying active and continually learning through new experiences.
