Having graduated from Birmingham City University with a BSc in Psychology, Shelby began her career in high-end hospitality, sales and client-focused roles. With a keen interest in financial services and property, she moved into mortgage and protection administration, where she supports advisers with the management of applications and helps ensure clients receive a professional and efficient service throughout the process.

Shelby’s strong attention to detail, proactive approach and ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments help ensure cases progress smoothly from initial enquiry through to completion.

Outside of work, Shelby enjoys keeping active and recently completed a 10K run.
