With more than nine years of experience in the mortgage industry, Shahida is passionate about helping clients achieve their property goals and making the home buying process as straightforward and stress-free as possible. She takes pride in building strong relationships, understanding each client’s individual circumstances and ensuring they feel supported and confident throughout the mortgage journey.

Alongside her career in financial services, Shahida has also worked as a leadership coach, empowering women to build confidence, resilience and reach their full potential. This experience has shaped her relationship-led approach, built on trust, empathy and genuine care.

Outside of work, Shahida is the Founder of Butterfly Charity, which supports women who have experienced abuse in Bangladesh by helping them establish small businesses and achieve financial independence. She also enjoys hiking, travelling, discovering new places and spending time with family and friends.
