He has developed a strong background working within regulated banking and lending environments, where he has supported operational improvements and helped businesses maintain high standards of compliance and governance.

Drawing on his experience across financial services, Sachin plays an important role in supporting Capricorn’s compliance framework and promoting effective and efficient processes across the business.

Outside of work, Sachin enjoys going to the cinema, skiing and discovering new restaurants.
