Charlie previously worked for Barclays Bank for 23 years covering various management roles that included commercial and residential lending. Charlie has completed his banking exams as well as CeMAP.

In his spare time he is a keen sportsman especially cycling, squash and badminton; he also enjoys exploring the world with his wife, Kim.
